Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

Careboost provides Specialist Disability Accommodation services for NDIS participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. We support safe, accessible, and purpose-built living environments that promote independence, stability, and long-term wellbeing through structured tenancy and participant-focused support.

What this service includes :

Our SDA services include tenancy support, residency agreements, property coordination, safety oversight, and ongoing communication with participants and their support networks. Careboost works to ensure that SDA environments are well-managed, compliant, and aligned with participant needs, while also supporting collaboration with Supported Independent Living and other service providers where required.

How Careboost supports participants :

Question 1: Are you looking for safe and accessible housing under the NDIS?

Yes. Careboost can support participants who are eligible for Specialist Disability Accommodation and need structured tenancy support.

Yes. We can also assist with transition planning, onboarding, and coordination to help make the move into SDA smoother and more informed.

  • Structured tenancy support with clear residency and participant information
  • Focus on accessibility, safety, and stability in purpose-built housing
  • Collaboration with support networks and providers for coordinated living arrangements

Careboost supports SDA participants with a practical, person-centred approach that values safety, dignity, and long-term housing stability.

Why this service matters

If you are exploring SDA options, our team can help you better understand the service, the housing environment, and what support may be required.

Housing plays an important role in quality of life, especially for participants with high support needs. Specialist Disability Accommodation is not just about where a person lives, but how that environment supports safety, independence, and confidence. Careboost helps ensure SDA is managed with care, clarity, and respect for participant rights.

A strong SDA service supports more than accommodation. It supports stability, accessibility, and a living environment that helps participants feel secure and supported every day.
